SOOTHING AND SOLVING COMPUTER EYE SYNDROME, CES...One symptom of computing is a big brain, so myopia is associated with genius in a more roundabout way, it would seem. My eyes have been made fuzzier by the web, and I value my precious eyewear of the morning star on the FM. You read the sites that say it's not bad for vision, but my optometrist says they have no proof. Computer eyestrain is much relieved by just reducing computer overuse, see below for page or CLICK HERE for how.

Better yet is to also have more continuous relief from dry eye. Even if your eyes are moisturized with water, you may still have severe dry eye because the eye is also lubricated by small "oil wells". To get these to flow and prime the pump heating your eyes with warm water helps. I saw this site that says to use a warm washcloth, a zip loc with is better because no water all over your face in the air conditioning or the winter. Just dab a bit of the water from the zip to your eyes, then add the heat and water. Two inches of water in the zip loc with 45 seconds on high is enough in my microwave. Caution, your microwave may not be the same as mine..

Another good method is to just rub your eyes in combination with other tricks. We read the sites that say to rub your eyes with pinkeye (conjunctivitis) is bad because you spread the inflammation. So for years I didn't try this with my eyes often in mild or even severe pain till one day I tried this and it's a real relief AHH, Spelled with lots of H's and Lahmmas. This may not be for you, because I may not have conjunctivitis even though my good looking opthamologist lady said I did years ago (I see her often!). Part of the reason this may work so well for me about the machine may be because my machine crashed and I type elsewhere not so often and also because I do eye exercises while I read (also about how to let your PC crash like I have to reduce overuse per se). You can do this as you read, no wait, Santa Marias at Chrismas all month!

You can also have dry eye combined with eye allergies. A good solution that may clear up the eye allergies for days or months in 60 seconds is Olive Leaf Extract about 8 dollars for a months worth. OLE is considered to be the most amazing herb in the history of alternate medicine, it's a powerful immune booster and it's a true antiviral so it may be the best thing for the flu of 2009 since some (Scientific American this month 9 09) are saying two thirds of the population may not have enough vaccine because of lawsuits for the epidemic that never materialized in the 70's. So many people had lawsuits to shut down the 37 or so vaccine businesses that they are now about 8 in number. Olive Leaf Extract permanently stops the viruses from copying, it's being used to treat polio, malaria, parasites and it lowers bad cholesterol, it's a great energy herb, and cleanses out and strengthens the heart and circulation and lowers blood sugar (this may be a caution if you have diabetes, see Olive Leaf Extract Cautions there are a few known, there may be more.) Olive leaf strongly nourishes your immune system so when you have eye or other allergies, it boosts the front lines of the battle, and the rest of your immune system calms down and takes a rest (reducing allergies) because it's more assured you're winning the battle, nothing calms like winning a war, right! My optometrist says to load softwear that reduces eyestrain. You can get voice recognition softwear from sites like Amazon used for 1 cent or download it at no cost from www.freedownloads.com download.com. I tried the SmartRead 0.72 build 070531 It's so like WOW OMG and other spel writes and left.. It loads in just 10 minutes even with a slow modem (mines limping to save on bootups!) This is better for your eyes too if you turn off the monitor while you upload, than turn it on and read. You just cut and paste from any site or print to the box, move the mouse, hit start and it reads while it lights up the words, spelling words it didn't know I was unaware of! I just make a cassette recording of the read and it's like a podcast but you already know what you'll hear so it's of more worth since you can find a lot more sites than podcasts, it's real hoot for comics. I would record Hee Haw for years, but this is without the ads and songs, always a laugh, and they say in like Berlitz (foreign languages) you remember spoken words about five times more than type. This may also be great for reducing computer overuse by making the best of the web where you can go away from your machine when listening to it. You can even make a readout of this page and save your eyes to find out more.

I tried the softwear that converts speech to type, but this may be of no more worth than the computer that answers the no cost 800 number's 800 number! My isp won't call me collect to cancel! You love when you call the 900 number and they Visa your charges right? This is a good way to see when the speech recognition has evolved higher. So far the speech to type I've tried is so bad at recognizing the words I don't recommend it at all, to write this site it's easier to type in the words with wrong spelling and all and then just edit it with a spell right program or two, and then check content with the text to speech. The more simple type to speech is easy to use and you don't have to retype in the words a lot, you already won in exercises with the college marms!

The download.com site has the Smartreader at no cost (If you use GPS to find the cheapest price on the Shell Station, if it's 3 hours to the station, GPS is labor saving to read maps of the stars. It helps if you have antivirus softwear like Avast, I got one goof from the downloads site, the smart reader has no problems I know of. And about the edits another good trick is to jog up to the college where I live and print out from the web saving on printers and then edit the paper so I have a copy for documentation. A real document is better for eyes and it's portable for exercise to make you stronger than just sitting in the Lexus a thousand miles. Typing and edits via printout are good for web authors too because you can see right where all the changes are without having to pour over the whole site saving much eyewear. If I'm online the outfit wire is solar powered!

B
ut it also seems to have to do with inflammation, anti inflammatories for discomfort for dry eye and so on are of worth (the best I've found with a two year search other than Olive Leaf Extract is coconut oil with ginger, my eyes were in real pain with anything else, and I tried 20 or 30 ways to relief. Choco oil in the eyes sooths in just 2 minutes, it's not with irritation like olive oil or pumpkin oil, it also has lots of moisture and it's a powerful antinflammatory. Coconut oil has moisture and if it still hurts sometimes I just rub it in deeper more for soothing relief. Dry eye is an inflammation that makes your eyes dry so it's important to moisturize (remember to blink, which more evenly distributes the moisture of your eyes) like the oil does as well as reducing the inflammation itself. Ginger has 8 stress relieving compounds, and is a muscle relaxant to relax the muscles around your eyes, much relieving eye tension headaches, and is cheap with no known interactions, great for eye headaches put it around your eyes and on your forehead (not in your eyes like the oil). Your eyes get tired and the muscles ysed too much tense up, and this makes them tense up more in a cycle and this is why ginger by relaxing the eye muscles is of worth for immediate relief, or anytime you want more relief you can't find by other methods like eye exercise , see below. Ginger is much more powerful as a pain reliever than aspirin and it improves the digestion of all nutrients and protects and builds the liver many ways. Vitamin e and selenium from a gelcap are great antimflammatories. I use one of these each night even so the blurry vision is just of fuzzy dreams!).

Another spiffed eye saver is to turn off just the monitor anytime I upload and do exercise, and meditate on the real meaning of life (not cyber all the time for .987907 seconds.) and to help my hands not be flexed just inward I do outward flexes of my hands more when I exercise, this seems to improve my typing skill a lot more than feet on to jog in rewind and triumph over anorexia at 2000 pounds!

Another good way to save your eyes if you write a lot is to cut the amount of time you use looking at the monitor by turning off the monitor when you type in your entry and then turning it back on to edit first with spell right and then a good bit more for content. It won't give you more control over your exact words but not being in pain is so much better you'll feel more like writing and this will make your writing more alive while saving your eyes. I feel so good it's easier to write even with a bit more random word processing, I seem to have gotten used to this already. I find this saves about 44 percent more of the time otherwise spent looking at the tube. (This includes the problem of having to look to the tube to see if the speech recognition software recognises your words. This is so bad because of the words it often thinks up you can't even know what you had in mind, causing complication of the edits. When you do the typing yourself with the monitor off it's a bit slower, but your eyes will feel much better.)

If like me you use your eyes for other use (I'm a Paint Smith of Real Pictures so you may say I use my eyes twice), the text to speech I find is of real worth.

Since I can feel how moving influences my eyes, moving back from the glare makes it alright since it may reduce the glare. It's hardly natural to look at a flickering flame for ages (and a vision that doesn't move may be worse). So what I've learned is, even if a lot of sites say something is safe, consider if it was in evolution for millions of years (if they typed a lot, who knows!) and so on. The good news is the other side of this coin, if you have say conjunctivitis and there is supposedly no aid for you by science, faith in common sense is of worth too. Science of a hundred years ago was the best they could achieve, and with a complex machine like the body, there are ways like with OTC herbs that science rebuked for a thousand years, they are finding were good for more than Webster is for memos! (He's not dead, he's in BoxLots!!) Even some risk of eye damage or making this worse if you already have myopia may be worth relaxing your eyes.

In most of our evolution myopia was unknown. Myopia started with squinting at books in the 1500's. While muscles are in your eyes used to stretch your lense no muscles are used to shorten your eye. This may be why when you read a monitor at night some say it doesn't hurt your eye, you're not squinting because what you see is in relative contrast. I find that it makes my eyes feel good to turn on the light even so. One aid for myopia risk is to look away from the tube when your eyes are bit weary, this may be better than staring at the computer. A cheap e.g. stove timer you can get for just a few bucks will enable you to take regular breathers, and this is also good for exercise times. Generally timers built in your computer or even motion sensors that sense when your eyes are tired and gives you a rest by automatically reducing glare on the monitor may eventually achieve i salvation for the world wide web. When I want to rest my eyes, to hide my big tube TV I hide it inside the remote, due to science my remote is Television Sized and with its electron beam I may have found what powers finmobiles with a big pair of eyewear on the lights!

To exercise my eyes I use special cyber eye exercises I've invented. Each flexor in the body has an extensor muscle, sort of how all the systems of evolution are a balance of action reaction pairs. So when I started these eye exercises I realized by sitting at the machine a lot I was only lifting my eyes and not flexing them down or up on the right and left or right and left in general. They say for exercisers like us, Do to the Left as you do to the Right and the left set is in balance with the right usually when reading. So the lowering muscles and to some extent the left and right muscles are not strong enough just to aid the general shape of my eyes.

Eye exercise like usual exercise is good in cleansing. To cleanse a toxic area it's good to stretch the muscles so instead of stretches of just downward looks, I look up in the wide U shape to make them cleansed. The upward looks are to cleanse and the downward looks are to build up the unused muscles. Slow, downward looks with your eyes closed are also of value for computers! It soothes the best because like a weight lifted for hours in continuous contraction where you lift your eye to see the machine, if you stretch in the opposite direction you are essentially are relaxing the stressed muscle by flexing on the other side. This is like sitting in a car for 10,000 miles without doing the different exercises for your legs of walking or lying down,
(though a cool shaking machine has been devised that shakes the person to the music in the car so they aren't as tired, I wonder if eye shaking glasses might be best for CES, probably not compared to inner stretches, because just as for big muscles they say warmup by stretching is much healthier than heating by outer source of heat.) The great news for your eyes is, you're much nearer to good exercise like an RV indoors wherever you go with 10,000 stretches, we're rich for 10,000 zips of the dash of the road. Your eyes never hurt in the old data era before the web, because it's not just blinking your eyes, it's about flexing the shape of your eyeball and using the other muscles at other hours too. Thus for fast relief to reach the rest station and lodging for exercising your eyes on the superhighway that's neither either to slow to merge or to fast to exit, hopefully more of the former (enough's enough as I say on my computer overuse site of common computer sense no doubt) all you have to do is close your eyes and sense by a bit of trial and error where you can slowly move your eyes that isn't sore. Anywhere that isn't sore is good especially if you slowly repeat and build up both your eyes and your eye muscles with time. I find relief fast the first time, and was delighted to find it's like other exercise, you start to walk around after a long trip to 10,000,000 BC to see Barney and Wilma and instead of just walking, lying down alternating with walking is better yet. S0 too you may find with your eyes that you find a way to move, and then it seems to be sore in awhile, like standing after the trip so instead of moving back to the car for rest, just go to other muscles you haven't exercised, and use them, like standing to lying after the 10,000 miles, then exercise your lying muscles, then return to standing which are now refreshed, you don't return to the sitting muscles. This method of slowly looking at other angles always within the range of comfort by moving your head and keeping your eyes more stationary for control in relative mothion of your eyes can even be used while looking at the monitor if you must by just keeping your eyes, even so closing your eyes is best because it exerts more balanced pressure on your eyes and it keeps you thoughts on your eyes, not the web, where your eye salvation is with your eyes little wings and aurora. Ask your eyes for permission with each cycle, don't do anything that hurts your eyes, resume only after your eyes feel better, and always go within your range of motion and comfort. You may have to start the exercises slow, but this may be best. You want to go in cycles of eye exercise and web use and no doubt more general cycles of not too much web and rest without overuse as I say on the link. The great thing about this for your eyes is the comfort will lead you to the eye exercises, such a relief there's an important payoff right away, to reinforce the exercise cycles. And just like exercise after the 10,000 miles because of the strain of the machine it's a good idea to exercise your eyes by this method at other times of the day to rebuild your eyes up,
A useful thing about this trick (if you're looking and no one else is) while you look up to see the machine you lift your chin and look down to the monitor at a higher angle, you can sooth your eyes right away ! The exercise is to flex both left and right and up and down at the same time at 45 degrees, and so on. (Wonder if they have the clip on rear view mirrors for marathon moms. I know opthomologists have zooms that have built in options like "Enrich me!" "Enrich me!").
-
To combine these zenith and sidewise muscles optimally, blinking in a foreward motion is also important for dry eyes to squeeze your tear ducts so you start out with moist eyes right for the start of your eye exercise. Once you've done this, the most important exercise I've seen just for computer eyestrain, is to look to the higher right side (3/4) moving your head to the left so you can compute while you exercise so you don't forget. You can do this on just one side continually for a few minutes with smaller random motions to the upper right while you blink, and then alternate upper left with your eyes and eyeblinks, with your head to the lower right somewhat, then after a few minutes alternating lower left and lower right, so you're exercising all the muscles you don't use for computing. (Even so the down angle is best for relief). By doing the one side for a longer time and then alternating with the other you make it so you don't have to stop computing while you exercise. You can get a feel for how much to go up or right and left by how it makes you feel. You want to stress your eyes a bit and then go to more relaxed flexes then repeat. A way to remember to exercise and cleanse your eyes for any computer use is just to put a Postit on your moniter where you can always see it. And like an athelete it's important to exercise before and after you use the machine, and so you don't forget especially after hours (or years of use or overuse).

Another Good Trick is eye showers with cleanser, you can get this at CVS or other herb stores. Watching a computer at zoom range is more unevolved, watching a from millions of miles away if you are a star on Star Treck would be wild, sort of like the largest meteor shower in all of history, over a city in Poland in the late 1800's of 200,000 meteors. If this may be so with both TV and computers combined, a good eye exercise- Look away from the computer once or thrice or mice in a while (it really makes sore feel soothing if you've read a lot) via slow eye stretches. With coeds like Meadow Williams, she's in the name field when some type in her site. Good exercises are also found at Go Here..com! Another good eye saver is when doing a lot of typing, just look down at your hands instead of the tube! I find words like "wow on paper" in volumes and read while I wait. Another method of aiding computer vision is where they make what you see on the tube look more real by such as shading. When the overall power of the sight is seen, it has billions of pixels, so watching a fuzzy soap goddess means she is smooth and in clean suds. They may eventually have special eyewear that exercises our vision to better than 20/20. Most geniuses are myopic and left handed. They may be myopic geniuses because they read more. Computers cause good dreams, Geniuses can even sleep well by using computers to cause trances, I wonder if there are sites, "You are getting Sleepy! Sleepy! Type in this URL!"
.
..You can also lower the contrast on your tube by pressing the leftmost button below your monitor. Repeatedly pressing the button lights up the options of the row of lights below the left center of your monitor, the first and the second one from the left are the brightness buttons of your monitor; once this is on the monitor contrast may be reduced or increased by pressing the down or up arrow buttons just to the right of the menu button. One good way to achieve this if you must compute is by lowering and raising the brightness both once in awhile, bright as Honalulu on December 25th, and not only that, when the heat goes down, you don't have to go see where your memos are!

..My mother in Europe for a visit with us shipped me an illustration of a 25 foot wide wooden sculpture illustrating scenes from the life of Jesus. Someone in the old world had spent all his life on this triumpant vision, mechanized with wheels and a lot of the scenes move such as birth and good shepherd and carrying the cross with wooden houses and musicians who play, old time wheels that look like flowers energised by steam. I couldn't see a winch so I took off my glasses so I saw the scene my mother had sent from Europe (my vision is real good if I may see all the way to Europe!). So I have proof 2 and 3 are four, yes they are two, three, and four when I count! While my relative was thinking of laser eye surgery, she opted out. Since I have proof lenses can make you so you can't see where you were able before, I think she was right about opting out of laser surgery, what to replace this with? They say one good exercise to improve your vision is to press against your closed eyes with the palm of your hands..

How to achieve deep and moderate levels of thought in prayer and how to moderate them well so you're in charge..
.

..In research if you are driving down the road and singing a song you're not as accident prone because you are calmer so are not as perturbed by other drivers concentrating on rhythm and sound, I'm not suggesting you try this, the road would have 32 genuine ancient 8 track lanes! A method of relaxation is to learn numbers such as multiples for math and put this to tunes by finding a tune on your audio maschine This has the song and the rhythm, and by adding the math or other such multiplier the ability of this may be more than just the sum of the sound, the general rhythm the same, but component rhythms changing, the math the memory and the words for the math combined. The combination of all of these would be abstract (and math is like sleep!) so they multiply up the power for rest. No doubt more action prayer is good and great, even so if we sleep so much so often this may have worth too, another box of power machines to make our shelves smoother. I think this about the song of numbers may be a high power form of sleep learning with your eyes open and a sleep aid (if you're a brain research shows you sleep well..). Even after a few months, just thinking of the number song makes me pass out as I write this when what reminds me of ......! So this may be too useful for driving and not recommended for operation of heavy machinery, ect.. Measurements of brain waves and cardio and breathing prove that the body is in a level of deeper calm than sleep with the meditation and this can even be induced by just counting numbers with each breath. But who can remember a word like OM? I always remember my password to the cosmos. But to make the most of my prayer time I use numbers and music combined with prayer both, at the least I learn math, and at the most all the blessing of prayer and math both. Better than OM, because while simple it can be made complex to just the right amount while better using the complexity of more of the brain. They say self hypnosis may be unsafe because it's like an unlimited source of whatever it is anyone would want, and they would overuse the power. To make it safe, modifying the number word math song so it's of a related motif but not so powerful is how to have the worth of the power but in moderate amounts that can be controlled by how you get a feel for it. It's a good idea but it causes discomfort just to sing the number one song like OM because it seems it works too well or is to much of the oneness. Like anything else, when used in moderation a lot of what's in life is of worth. So while a big dose of the number song is uncomfortable, using it say once in two or three days is refreshing, so it seems to definitely do something good for brain health. It's a strong influence, so it may be of worth for use on a regular basis, and of worth just for general health too. Singing abstractions may be of use such as for the relief of pain since it involves the higher brain in a strong way. And like other types of prayer it does no harm to the body or soul.
~~~~
For learning and dream uses I think it may be improved by adding new information of value on a regular basis, because this may be good at causing moderate rest. With too much rest it may be of such power it would calm you too much and you wouldn't be alert to danger. Chinese medicine is where you hold your wrist so shoe pain is rewired, like when a client's a saleswoman who wears hot socks in stores, and not electric shoes with wires that reach the rug for handling her dynamite! If this is enough to cause relief just by rewiring the automomic nervous system, having control of the more powerful higher brain combined with other methods may be the best combination. A regular rhythm achieved by what is sung in spelled out words of any topic which is of value, such as comic motifs, this improves your memory ancient greek researchers say. ( See the Guffaw Page it's so wild even horses power it! If you try this and read a few bad hoots, keep going. I thought I'd hit a bad site till I found more on the site.). For fast learning while I sing, add comics to your tunes by recording shows and after the one liners to spell out the words and then write first letters of the words on the tape is good for memory. There's a single comma, somewhere up in the airships! I put the revels on the machine and spell it out with the sounds on my memo. This method for learning makes it easier to know because of instead of knowing the info fast and with a few sounds you learn with much sharper edge. To achieve the optimum ratio of numbers to words of use for other worth, alternate substitution of the words is of worth, substitution of say the second and fifth number with other words for a while and then say the third and fourth, also a good way to learn math. The song loop of say 5 numbers is one with usual notes and then the answer notes in it's most natural motif, this is the form of most music, a question and an answer, like cause and experiment in science. You can find this from any good song, and it helps to add more complexity at the end of the repeats of the loop because evolution and computing usually goes from simple to complex in time. In order to fit the time of the music with both the words and numbers, I first "sing" the numbers then add the words in at the end of each number song motif, so the timing of both the numbers and a few more or more of the words fits the tune. The lack of complexity as in life is the main caution about the number song, but if you just add it in reliably you optimize the worth, it's more optimal to change the words and numbers than the music because the music sets the general frame. The music with the numbers and words takes longer to learn, even so it's of worth to change the music and learn more once in a while. Be sure to write the names of the tunes you're learning like on the inbox so you can use tunes you already know and you don't have to start all over with a tune you haven't fit to the numbers and words.
-
Got an old song that goes around in your memory for an hour or two, or one that's a zoom you'd like to find more honey with? A good use of it is by adding your own words to it with the same music for anything you want remember to achieve, or numbers depending on how much at rest you are or where you are in the cycle of this number song word prayer motif. Instead of the latest Fergie song with her words, first I sing and memorize the song silently awhile when exercising, uploading ect. Instead of her lyrics I use my own. "Write Mamma because I love her", or "don't read the web much because it's bad for vision", "lose weight", or "practice music", "exercise", "call Anjela" and so on (it's also good to reduce web overuse.As you may now realize, using software for all you do is not the most optimal. Good old Common and uncommon sense are both a good way to save your eyes and reduce problems with overuse that have been linked to web use. This is why old fashioned methods and seem wiser than a miser at BizBoom.org!).
...
This way of using a song even if it's annoying (or "especially if" some would say) with other words is good for anything you want to remember or improve generally or in awhile. This is not as all brain as the number song and it has more meaning, but the number song is of worth to alternate between the two like when you have to exercise, clean, or do other common labor. It's powerful enough to have influence because it occupies more of your brain but not so active you're sidetracked from what you hope to win.
..
The number song is for rest and the prayer song is for power, to make it more of power and not a wimpy prayer, of course I write down all the hopes to pray for in the memo along with the name of the songs to use and for power it's good and Great to alternate with inspirational words like Fire! Triumph! Forgiveness! and other great words, who ever thought Shake! Shake! Shake! Shake! Shake! Shake! Shake Your Bootie would be so improved? A prosaic and definite song I thought when it was sung, which makes it of worth because you're cleansing it with Words of Worth. Prayer in song may help improve many habits that are moderately easy to change, or other habits. Hypnotism is actually a method of improving memory for a habit, and music improves your memory well, better than prayer alone.
..
For spiritual health another important component of a healthy brain body and spirit I use and recommend is to learn lists of puns, the building block of the cosmos, a sort of cheap say me or copy me people often try to use to add more than their share of the conversation if not rebalanced by good puns of the defenders and those who care a lot about life.. Puns are cheap and easy to insert in a conversation so it's good to have lists of your own, that are about your good side of each motif, I combine this with jokes for more power, always adding more to my list, so great suprise to help the good and resist the woe.. As you see here there are only 99 or actually, 110 basic one syllable building blocks in English. This is because there are just nine important consonant sounds, so this is the first 9 of the 99, and so too for the second nine of the 99. Vowels are not high definition and are round so can be any of the five vowels for the center of the 9 and the other 9 in conosant vowel consonant form, so for this, vowels don't count, the most important information of puns is in the consonants. There are just 110 or so [including puns also starting with the open vowels or words like "AOL" or, "ray of power" that are of vowel vowel or vowel and a (round) consonant (not so definite like r, y or w, here) 1-9 for all the puns possible]. This is reassuring. Learn these 100 motifs well and more able words to say when others try to use puns of their own to win their way, or if we want to be a real blessing and say thanks and to boost our world. It's good for a spiritual life to win because it gives you cheaper comedy. Say a neighbor is halfway asleep who hears a neighbor saying something she's already said they disagree with in some new phraseology, say with a few spice words you or I never would say, if via memorized lists plug in in 3 or four pun words, make rediculous comics out of them even while asleep (as I'll show you how on my Comedy Machine site, e.g by also researching classic comedy, see the Comedy Machine link) and are not laying there feeling bad, they've created something hysterically funny and of worth to the world not found any where else on earth! And if I find myself without that pun list once, go back to my 1-100 list, look up that number, and start memorizing, each time this happens I'll go deeper in the loop. Eventually the neighbor can learn all the main important good words to defend for problems (if they now have any!) and finally you can end up with say a list of 20 good puns for each of the 100 or 110 pun building blocks for triumph. These can then be combined in more elaborate sentences ad lib.
..
To remember them faster I use a song code page with a list of songs and important pun numbers to learn. Each important pun list number on the song code has a song code say for 20 tunes I like and am real up on, the important puns to remember are with the numbers on the list of the song code page on the left. In order to build up the fastest I recommend going down the whole number list of songs, say you have 10 bad words for "luxury size" or "debt" learning five puns per song on the list to start immediately to plug up any possible puns others may try, say the boss. The first go round you just learn 5 puns, but on the second cycle you are up to 10, often enough to "outdistance" most who would otherwise try to be inconsiderate, winning you neighbors and good chats. Say you're a bit luxury sized and you want to learn good defensive words to boost your chance of others not rubbing it in so much you are discouraged at improving. (Good also is stevia the herb that's so sweet without sugar calories or any side effects, I've lost 30 pounds! Im serious, I'm a no fat comic!) First for practical defence to change your idea itself which has great import too, so then you can have the advantage of more options instead of having to listen to others with perhaps bad intention regarding puns ("from Vending Machines may god save me, from Maui why save myself") you find your best words, like if finding yourself uninspired when someone showed you a Ho Ho and you want to be in control and not in ire, a fight only starts on the second ouch. After numbering all the pages 1-99 and writing all the lists of puns for each (See MY COMEDY MACHINE for how to find good puns, like in a thesaurus) look up the number Ho Ho which could be Yahoo! Aura! or Ray of Power! Ray of Power! since both are open vowel sound words and soft consonants=00. Find the song code in the song code page =S C =page 07 (As you saw why S C is o7 on the letter to number page) go back to page 00, and start singing the song with the list of 00 puns, it's easy and good for life.
..
.. You know the words and a good general method is Pun+word on Your Good Side (YGS) plus joke linking the two. Say you're good at music. In the above you would have Yahoo aura +a music joke about computers, what else! So you could comment,"Say, did you know Madonna (music, YGS) tightened up her corset for 30 minutes and wanted to find her password and found her corset on Yahoo GPS?" Or the second, Ray of Power, Ray of Power + Music (YGS) might be, "Ray Of power? I was listening to my song the other AM and it hit me, If I sleep in a solid gold hall of fame, I may reach top 100 and be 2x as rich!" Note that the joke on Your GS is a general topic, this way you can find lots of jokes like in a book of hysterical comics and your audience will understand that you are smart. Since even the best joke books often only have like 1/3 real hysterical, it's good to underline all the good ones, and you can edit up the rest with your own improvements and customizations, often based on other punch lines in the book you've learned well. For this the best books I've found are Bob Orben's early books (the later ones have some real bad jokes but the good ones are classic so Orben's later ones are by no means without worth, even so the early books (like before 1970) are his greatest so you don't have to read too many bad jokes and the rest of the jokes are the most easy to improve with good turnaround value.).
...
The idea here is not to counterattack, rather to detour the idea nearer to your good side, and often after you find a good joke, like say about music in the above, this will remind you or your audience of better, and the conversation goes uphill from there if a lot of jokes are good and more. If you know how much I care, you may care how much I know. At first your audience may have objections, while if you keep adding in comedy sooner or later they won't say it's bad for you to be good. At first they might say, "What does Madonna or Solid gold have to do with dish and platinum?" One method is to say something like, "Ya know I was in the kitchen and I heard a song on the radio, that's when I remembered about Madonna, plus more jokes about music (or other related YGS comics)!" The way of Pun+YGS >joke with the link for what the two have in common is not disagreeing, this is important because you always have the defence that you were positive and did right, if on the other hand they object to what you've said because you said something bad it may go on indefinitely from there. It's been said we value others more for our ability to be a blessing than for their ability to bless us. If you get them upset, you may both lose, if you find the Good Side it's your good side, and civilization like a construction of mortar windows and roofs is from the foundation up not from the roof to the basement, even so love makes an us without woe to a me. While no doubt if you can't help you you can't help others, and a roof is nearer the afterlife yet.
Another good method when I write my word lists in the Machine is to list both the main Substitute Words and another random Good Word to memorize both. For example if the name mangy was called by your sister, god bless us, if you've memorized "machine" plus the random word "rural" from other good word lists in the Comedy Machine, you can then improvise comics based on the two words since all comics are based on a combination of two or more elements. In the MJ (36 word list for all the 36 words) "machine rural" defense for example my reply is, "machines? rural? Not if lots of realtors are around!" ect. We all know people who will try words like this, and having a definite plan for your reply "with more than one word" is of value. Life is more like Xmas than March in the arena, I must be a hero of the world. The contradiction between the two elements often remind us of another comic and often more yet, I've learned to often pick words for the memo "built in" that are noncongruent or downright contradictory for the best comedy for audiences. And no doubt you can always write your indepth improvs in your Machine. Though it's good to memorize all the word lists from 01 to 100, you may want to memorize your most important defense words on the list first, you can't have all there is, where would they put it, another soap opera! My basic method is to list problem words in order of occurence if people say them and list lots of comics there too and list them in order by synopsis in my Recent Documents ream of my Comedy Machine, plus the general number and comic number to find the comic. If you can't remember them at first, labor is all powerful, just memorize with the first words of each current joke to remember and keep adding more and more memory with each use. And no doubt lots of current comics you can use to make comics based on the main Substitute Words and the comic words too, this is often the most powerful life to live. If you're just learning how like I was for 25 years, and for more general boost of your life path to comics above, it's good just to write the new jokes in the Recent Documents, and then access them by subject in the main ream of your volume by topic, by way of the first words of the joke converted to the numbers to access them by subject there, and back to the actual comic in the Recent Comics by the same index method. You can reach them both in and out of order and you know comedy of many realms so once you have the Pun+Ygs or GS for your building blocks, even if some of them are suprising, it's easier to find new jokes that fit even great improved words, yes even so! I have a large number of my own comics too in the Recent Comics page, it's good to have a large store of comics here, yours or if you've copied from the web ( hey! Wal Mart started in 200 BC!) because you can then take your "problem words" to solve and other great comedy to build up your life by also using the great jokes you have listed in the Recent Comic Document page. I first find the basic idea Pun+Word on Good Side (GS) plus Joke linking the two, and instead of trying to improvise the joke on the second Verb realm of the Noun Verb field, it's hysterical to read through the Recent Documents ream of The Comedy Machine and find lots of comics based on the Verb that I've created in my most comic moments, that just fit the problem and marathon! This I just link by way of the general page+ joke number on the page to find any joke from anywhere in the book (numbers on the outside edge plus another on the inside edge if a bit of water blurs sometimes, and the pen clip holds it to a loop of line at the top and through the volume, the is always around and makes a good bookmark and the loop easily stores the book to a nail on the shelf.) The general to joke numbers link from the problem plus the second word already memorized to the "solution" joke in the recent Comics. (To remember them well, I use what I name the Letter Method LM, a seperate method to memorize well as I say on the Comedy Machine, see link below). I consider it smart to read the Recent Comics and the Machine each morning and night so I won't forget, while I'm awake more! And it's a good general area to be in to read the Recent Documents the most. The YGS Verb is of general form of comedy so you can find lots of classic comics, and the second word of of the Noun and Verb is more random in general, that is to say that though the number of bad words people often use are small in number (fat is just fat, and the puns are simple after all) the numbers of combinations with other good random words can be numerous (even "without limit") so if you memorize the basic combinations of this Pun+YG randomword+J form as I show you how on my Comedy Machine, you don't have to memorize so many "problem words" right from the start, just say five of the "bad" pun words, and unlimited Verb words, plus the Comics from your Recent Comedy ream of the Comedy Machine! Ho Ho Ho Right! Basically if you know lots of comedy, the problem words we all have, e.g even if you're real clean you may be named a cleanaholic by some, if smart a nerd, and so on, and if you know say 20 combinations of each Noun and random Verb and how to link the Verbs to the best comics, you're able to improvise too, because the other gossip will often like you and say More! Author! Without even typing in a word, you're rich without gossip in clean dirt! Even so the real source of your ad lib is from combinations and random combinations leading to what's good about your words. This is good news because most people can take these small numbers of problem words and defend well because the number of possible valid solutions tends to be more numerous. When in doubt, find the pun lists you've memorized, to the Good topic, plus the comic all the hours of the celebration! Words are the life we breathe, and words may be more powerful than the strongest medicine.
Learning lots of puns well as they say will make your memory stronger as the best seller for 35 years, The Memory Book says research shows, good words are for many practical uses, like math, science, music, college, making a dish of your wife yet sweeter, and by using the puns for building blocks of comics of higher demeanor it's often real hysterical even like when the neighbor named was eaves dropping. And it's great for life because it helps all souls be a rubber soul with more options for comedy and learning. When you combine puns and other motifs of comedy and savvy about the good and bad side of each verbal motif (rhetoric) anytime you like it's often a boost more than others might imagine if in doubt as I say on this site; How I Built My Own Comedy Machine, and Saved! Click Here.
..
~I use a smaller number volume added to my Joke Machine for math, with rediculous ways to remember each set of numbers listed with each number.
..
Remember when being creative, as I say more about above and try to find the contradiction or union that's uncommon. And accent the good side of your find..Second; Even if this random letter method of words to jokes is good you'll have some duds, we all have a bad side of something and with practice you may have more than two out of three good mots like me. If you have an error, have faith and go on so much heat you sweat loud with Christmas biz! ....
How To Build Up Your Savvy Faster Via The Web Over Months or Years.
..
To find more out of the web, a method I use is Cut and Paste to make my own custom Outlook or Wordpad site retaining all the best from sites without the need to read all the sites, and I add my comments and conclusions in blue bold. It's a Brain Central Station for all the sites of each type, so you're always up on the info about what you read on any site or think up- So you're always at the top of the healthanumer-rich with each site with A-Z order. This is great for health or solving any other type of problem. If I'm feeling any sort of woe, the dog bites, the bee stings, often just looking it up and meditation is of worth about it. If the problem is not solved, just look it up online and add more till you achieve an infinite life path to the roof of the world and the Whammo up there. I've saved you a half hours typing up your A 2 Z. You can click the link to cut and paste this and start using it right away or when the souvenir shops arrive in orbit with, Visit Scenic Hollywood! They say the usual computer just has a life expectancy of years so by saving just a tenth you may save your machine many more months. And you can just save the name of the site and a bit of explanation like site reviews, where the bad links are, when you type in the URL saving you time and wear on your machine. When learning about the web in these otherwise unoccupied hours of my life, if I don't yet know computers and am reading this, in a month I may know a lot.
..
..If you save your site to both Your Documents and a flopper or the desktop you'll always have at least two of all your documents of import. For better worth those small USB memory chips you just plug in with say a gee of memory, I have one for pictures, one for health, one for music. If the machine goes down you won't lose a thing and you can even tie them in one loop with a piece of string and wear them around! A gee wiz is faster to access and Save As than all the documents in My Documents, in the same Save As, you can also save to the C Drive, this is like a whole other My Documents for faster access to more useful documents like the Toolboxes. My Documents I use for longer range storage, mostly because sometimes I found that Saving was not even As If! After a long time it was taking about a minute and a half to load My Documents, so an E Drive and a C Drive are both fast to load and save for The AZ's mostly, My Documents are for long range storage of the toolboxes say once a week or at the end of the day. I lost some of the last of my Toolboxes, so I save them to My Documents Once a week or so, and when I do I go to the end of the memo to see if any is missing, this way for the most I'm saving a weeks worth of the AZ in case it won't save otherwise. Even so saving to the chip, the C Drive and The Desktop are all three saving my life a year because of faster access to the TB's. To find these Cut and Paste documents in your list, like me you may list the title of the general area such as health and then A2Z and this will always help you find it fast among the other memos. These toolboxes are so important I have about 90 of them and only 6 programs on my desktop. While it took me some labor to put them in az order by drag and drop, like 20 or 30 minutes, once in order you you can find them much faster and find redundant AZ's among them and delete the duds while you consolidate the best ones and don't have say three AZ's of the same type so all your labor is saved.
...
...How would a millionaire write a memo about old age? "Dear Ann Landers, - am I 50,000 yet?" This will enrich your memorys. You can store unimportant documents in Your Documents. The best AZ's are on the desktop (when saving to the machine use the menu of save options where you save the document (floppy, My Documents, and so on) just click Desktop, and Save, it's on your desktop. Move around your type by the usual drag and drop on your box so you are aware and see your important toolboxes of this sort when you are in GO mode.
..
A good way to stay savvy is to put a current entry at the top of inside each AZ that sums up the actual memo in the Tool Box in the index so you have them in and out of order, this becomes more important to know what's going on at this time (I use monthly lists) because as the list is longer you would lose this advantage without reading the entire giant memo. If it won't save you don't lose so much and so you don't run out of memory, larger Tool Boxes I divide the AZ's up into many toolboxes, Say Health A, Health B, Health CD and so on, ...
...
The Toolbox method is powerful and can be used even if you don't have a computer, if you just use a blank book or booklet you can buy at Walmart, and label it AZ, you can even snip out walls and add more on your ceiling mortar, talk about AZ!
This method will improve efficiency and reduce the amount of time you spend computing. Even so computer overuse is like gambling, based on randomness. For a simple trick to reduce web overuse I found with years of search, not much on the web, (now you can read me!) CLICK HERE!
