Turing's Theorem says that any computer, given enough time, can solve any problem. The cosmos is made of mass and energy which is neither created or destroyed, so the expansion of the cosmos found by astronomers would be just a local expansion, as Lerner and I have believed. The cosmos is nowhere found to actually be infinite in mass other than the potential of energy conservation that it has and will exist forever in infinite time. The actual infinity of the assumption of The Big Bang violates energy conservation, the most well proven non numerical law of science. Energy is always found to be in balance or it would go to one side or the other and we wouldn't be in the 21st century just yet. So if the universe has already existed and will exist for infinite time, and there are computers in the cosmos, they would have solved a lot of problems. How to solve this problem of the infinite time of the cosmos in conflict with the infinite problem solving power of computers over infinite time? I think the cosmos is finite in space because if it has an infinite field, this would have infinite energy and the mass inside, so it would then have infinite gravity and this would have attracted us out of this realm many ages ago. If you look at the world its mass will be infinite in time but its spatial extent is finite, like the cosmos would be. It may be that while the cosmos expands in our realm, it may also contract by gravity elsewhere, so the expansion and contraction balance. So no overall expansion or contraction of the space or cosmos would be found, just like the motif of the earth and cosmos being of finite extent. If the field would go in cycles, expanding out from poles like the usual high powered jets of massive bodies like BL Lacs or Radio galaxies but at higher power, this would explain the expansion of the cosmos, and many other things the Big Bang theory leaves unexplained. The gravity at the disc of the cosmos would rewind the mass, powering the perpetual motion of cycles of expansion and contraction of the flow of the field. (Gravity can power the cosmos without any loss of power just as the gravity continually heats the world's heat flow without running down or a source of power.) This finite cosmos of room may not actually be infinite in time for its higher information, because although simple mass and energy that would go through the cycles of the cosmic washer (on permanent rinse) can't be created or destroyed, the more complex higher information can. While you can make a sofa into a shelf and much of the same mass energy may be used (if a luxury shelf) the information about whether it was a sofa or a shelf can be easily created or destroyed. So the higher information of life other than the basic mass energy would be destroyed with each implosion to the extreme high energy of the central expansion. And if the expansion is powered by the gravity's ionising the cosmic jets so one has mostly + charges and the other minus, explaining the local expansion observed by expansion of like charges. When the opposite charged jets mass would accelerate and meet at the cosmic disc on the outer edges and then start falling in by the gravity there would be much annihalation of the + and - charged galaxies at the outer realms also. This would explain the power sources of quasars and also cause such radiation it would also perhaps stop all civilizations. In this explanation, not only would implosion of mass to the center of the cosmos stop all higher computation, so perhaps would it's maximum reach of expansion. (While I don't know if I had this idea ahead of others who have had this idea of a cosmos like a giant galaxy also, I've elaborated it much more with many predictions. If I am the inventor or if others had this idea, I've added much of my own.) More About Double Jet Cosmology. The reason we haven't been overwhelmed by computers by other civilizations with infinite time to solve all the problems around us would be, although mass and energy are infinite in time and can be neither created or destroyed, the higher computers would be forced to start all over with each cycle of rebirth, and the basic mass would be much simplified at each start of its expansion or contraction. Here much of the complex information about the jets and the spiral inward would be simplified mostly into just a big action reaction pair. So the information about complex mass would also have what would be the same as a finite lifetime for our realm. The mass and energy would be simplified and while the cosmos as a whole would go on forever, most of the local information would be finite. But if the overall time of the cosmos is infinite, and many advanced civilizations would exist near the implosion to the source of the expansion, or in the realm of the combination of the ionized galaxies, lots of radiation would be necessary to make the mass able to not fall to the source. If the cosmos is always finite so no infinite gravity of the mass to implode us found this would be a finite problem to solve. If the computers had an infinite number of go rounds of implosion and expansion to solve the finite problem of the destruction of the higher information eventually some civilization would realize a source of power to bypass the realm of high energy while going with the flow to the more safe haven beyond, solving the time problem. Then this civilization with infinite time achieved by solving this problem, would then be able to solve all problems (and we would all be in the swim on a Ship in ancient egypt, the evidence for rainbows in ancient egypt, is all the auroras like Tut they find!) So I think we have problems may be for more than just restoration, they were never old! If the universe is a giant computer because mass stores information, when you add motion in, it changes the output of the mass. This idea of basic matter being a computer is what theorists like Seth Lloyd and others use (Scientific American Black Hole Computers, November 2004, I think software is what my dish is at Mcdonalds outside in the hot van!). I think most of this giant computer is out of circulation, because even with the huge power of the electric force of the power of all the charges of the earth, in most large masses of the universe the electricity cancels out mostly, so the computing power of the earth is at rest and just potential. Certainly some computers are of more gravity than others. We would never sleep if all we are about is just about being smart. And the idea that massive heavenly bodies compute is if a large mass is seperate by large amounts of room from most of the cosmos except by a simple connection of the galactic jets, what computing the mass may achieve may be of value only if our starships would go and use the mass to visit http://www.org a truly great web site!
Obviously if even one advanced civilization had had enough time, it would have already solved all it's problems. Something of import must have stopped all advanced civilizations, otherwise like the lights of cities or lights from boats out in the oceans that can be seen from orbit at night, we would look to all sorts of distant galaxies and see lots of evidence of advanced life lighting up our zoom. I think overpopulation may limit most advanced civilizations. (About overpopulation CLICK HERE for why and two ways without harm we may solve overpopulation. Basically in my theory of overpopulation, the finitude of room for an advanced civilization causes illness by the increased Competition for reduced Resources, like Supply and Demand in economics by the most fundamental definition.) The main problem of most advanced civilizations may be finding how to overcome the huge distance between the stars, causing overcrowding. Einstein's Theory of no travel at near or faster than light without huge starships the size of debt may make this so high priced this option may be out for most advanced civilizations. They say it would cost trillions just to go to Mars even in a small way. (I think faster than light travel may not be impossible because Maxwell's prediction of the exact speed of light was based on the assumption of the density of the electromagnetic field being what made light waves wave. More attraction between electric charges, more density of the field so a different speed of light. In my formulation other densities like that of gravity are the general form of Maxwell's idea, Einstein's relativity is with the speed of light taken as an axiom, Maxwell's in more general physics, if slower speeds than light are used to conserve momentum by the field, any speed in my causology may be possible if the field was light or heavy enough. Gravity has much lower density of the same general field, so it would go much faster, and the motifs of Relativity being about the speed of light, may be shieldable in theory by electromagnetic shields, allowing faster than light travel by fast starships. Gravity would not have large relativistic effects because like this shield would have reduced interaction with the electric field, gravity is at more wavelength so not in resonance like two unlike antennas of much and reduced size. Complete Theory) To reach another world before the resources go out may be possible, to maintain any viable contact with the colony of an advanced civilization in a distant star system would be a real challenge. When they returned the information about Mars in the 1970's they thought it was more like the Moon than the Earth. It seems that while it's more like Mars than either by more indepth S and H of the starships that reached Mars in the 80's and 90's, it would seem a huge problem to overpower all the poision atmosphere and radiation of a world like Mars for an advanced civilization's addition of room. This may not be impossible. Turing's Theory says any machine like a computer with enough hours, overpowers. Perhaps no computer has enough time for some other reason. What determines what time a computer has? All computers in the cosmos may be able to be no more in size than the world's resources they evolved on would support. If you look at animal tracks in any ecosystem, you find many more small footprints than big. And a bacillus has a much reduced lifetime. Our hours are to an amoeba like the cosmos is to a comet. It would be a general law of life and machines that small computers have less time to compute than larger computers. Big computers may not even want to solve problems, much like a boss. When I was a teen I said to the boss I want to be a Great Samaritan and help the world, and she said, "You can't help the world if you have no money." So I said, "Well if you accept Visa or money orders cash in a big box with UP arrows on the box I may think of you as rich in comics also." She returned to my villa the next morning, and sure enough, there was a bill for her advice! I may never have to pay if I'm either rich or saving up!
