A reason no machines before now have gotten to lower than a resolution of 10-14m may be because the light and electromagnetism are so much slower they are smeared out by the higher speed strong force. This could be where all the quantum foam comes from, the boiling of the electromagnetic field with some presure via the strong force. The mesons and baryons with their outer electromagnetic field are more solid, so we may expect some reduction in quantum foaminess. It's easy to plough through the foam, but the strong force being much denser would be more resistant than relativity may allow. My idea here is that if the outside of a heavy particle spins at just the speed of light with the constant motion of Planks constant and the Uncertainty principle derived from Planks Constant with the strong force more dense, if its wave is denser and could be Faster Than Light perhaps it wouldn't have the same uncertainty at reduced distances and the Uncertainty principle would perhaps fail for the overall recoil caused by the strong force with strong interactions. This would be measured not in the change of speed of the spin of the particles which to uphold relativity would always at lower energy be at the speed of light rather the wavelength would change and this would be caused by the change in Faster Than Light speed and density of the strong force, and this would not be possible with relativity and The Uncertainty principle alone. The strong force would have a higher speed of spin, so it could essentially have a different constant of action and another version of Uncertainty Principle for the internal force of heavy particles (the outer radius being in accord with Plank's constant would have standard units of spin at just the speed of light).
Maxwell's prediction of the exact speed of light was based on the density of the field, the more dense the faster the light and it was proven by experiment based on this assumption. In general by the same assumption, the strong force, being more dense than Maxwell's electromagnetic ether, would spin around at faster than light. In my formulation the mass addition of Einstein is electromagnetic because of the all important speed of light at high speeds. The mass gain of relativity as with the "ghost particle theory" might be from friction with motion through the field. The friction changes the speed of light, if you go faster the light increases with you during the acceleration, so relative to your higher speed the speed of light is the same as it was at your lower speed. The friction would be how energy is conserved, more motion so more friction, always the same amount for the same change in speed. In my causology (General Wave Dynamics or GWD) the constant speed of light relative to the higher speed is frozen in by the pressure of the field balanced on both sides by the electric charges like an elevator weight and counterweight in linear motion so it's both resilient as Maxwell thought, and the field would have balanced pressure on all sides at constant speed as in relativity so no force is in the rest frame of linear motion. This may be like how all around us is air pressure weighing tons and electricity of about 270 volts but because it balances we feel no force of weight or voltage from the air. Electromagnetism would be about friction like always found around us, with the mass higher at high speeds, but neither gravity or the strong force may have much friction, so they would go faster than light without the infinite mass. (Gravity and the strong force would be generally via the same math because they're both attractive more longer range forces than the short range contact forces of electromagnetism and the weak force of the two sets of action reaction pairs in physics, gravity and electromagnitsm, and the strong force and the weak force.). Obviously other physics than just electromagnetism are in mass.

If the Uncertainty was absolute there would be no connection of any sort and no underlying stable reality, but if it's somewwhat more certain, why not more yet? Sideways motion of radiant light as the wavelets radiate outward is well proven by the wave theory of light. Any sideways motion at all when the light waves radiate outward would allow vector addition of the two components of motion to faster than light for the resulting component. While it's true in special relativity you can't add your own speed to the Speed Of Light of lower speed mass, light itself is more absolute (just what relativity is based on disproof of). The constant speed of light is the foundation of relativity, so it has no room for this, it's already known to go at the speed of light, and blends sideways well also. I believe if light has any structure at all the matter that makes it up would have to travel at faster than light to maintain the cohesion that holds the wave together, all mass occupies room, and room is distance, so a small amount of travel of the mass in the light wave would have to travel at faster than light, disproof of the general assumptions of relativity.
