Golden Braille, how money may talk

The government is listening to consideration of charges of unfairness to blind people because the US is the only nation out of more than 150 who prints all the bills of the same size so the blind can't know easily what denomination the bills are. Chips in the edge of the bill have been invented that would be powered by just a squeeze of your hand, and it would use the power to say the denomination of the bill out loud. Or with each bill using code on the bill, a portable machine could read the denomination of the bill to the blind individual. The machine would use sensors that would reach many levels of the bills, so if I'm rich in ever more and blessing I might press a button, and all the money would be counted up without having to recount all of it so often, rich women would praise most geniuses! It may actually improve vending machines because with a definite edge of the bill where the chip would be, the machine would stretch the bill and you wouldn't have to level it on the edge of the machine. If the bill was in the machine and yells, "I'm Rich!" We're Rich too! ..
